NOTARY PROF. GIUSEPPE GIORDANO

 

After achieving his secondary high school diploma with a score of 60/60, the Notary Giuseppe Giordano graduated in Law with honours and with praise in 1981 from the University of Studies of Naples "Federico II" discussing the thesis "Workable competition and consumer protection". He was appointed Notary by the Decree of the President of the Republic on 19 May 1986. Since 2001, he has been Professor of commercial law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. He carries out his research activities, other than in Italy, in prestigious foreign locations including the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg (D) and the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies at London University (UK). His scientific and professional interests are predominantly directed to the financial structure and corporate governance of limited liability companies, listed and unlisted, as well as to the operation of acquisition and special finance and in this context is the author of studies and contributions. He is commonly invited as a speaker at specialisation and masters courses promoted by Universities, Colleges, Professional associations, Institutions and Companies.
